Canasta for Windows Information File
====================================
Canasta is a strategy cardgame for Windows 3.1. It is a computer version
of the classic Canasta game played all over the world. Canasta is played with
two players, and in the computer version that means you against the machine.
There are three difficulty levels, so you always have an opponent that matches
your skills.
The rules are not easy, but the online Help file (press F1 when you're in
Canasta) explains them all. Once you know the game, it's a real challenge!
INSTALLING CANASTA
==================
Follow the steps below to install Canasta :
1. Start Windows.
2. Run the program 'install.exe' in the directory with the Canasta files.
That is usually the floppy, CD-ROM or download directory you received
Canasta on.
3. Follow the instructions in the Install program.
4. When the install program has finished, you're ready to play!
If you let the install program create a Program Manager group,
double-click on the 'Canasta 2.4' icon to start the game, otherwise
run 'canasta.exe' to start.
